I'm on my fifth pair of Pinnacle shorts but after buying three pairs for my annual holiday this year, whilst there, on one of the pairs the stitching on the mesh inner started to come undone. Once home I contacted Sink and my email was answered very swiftly by Lauren. After simply sending a photo of the defect a new pair was sent out immediately, no quibbles, no emailing back and forth, just instantly, honouring the garments two year guarantee. Frankly, their customer service was refreshingly efficient and pleasant, reaffirming my confidence and regard for their products. As for the shorts themselves, the fact I'm on my fifth pair (though much of that was due to having to drop a size from large to medium!) and quite happy to spend the not inconsiderable amount of money on them should say it all. They are very well made (small defect with one pair aside), have proven extremely robust over many uses and washing, dry really quickly and get so many compliments as they look so different to most other shorts out there. For me, the fact I can wear them as actual shorts during the day while out walking, browsing shops and the odd beer and bite to eat and they look so expensive (which I suppose you could say they are but trust me, they are so well worth it) is a real plus point. Their fit is excellent, not too short and certainly not too long and the hardwear just adds that touch of class. I can't recommend their Pinnacle shorts (I haven't tried anything else of theirs just yet) enough, they are truly so versatile and impressive to look at and wear, plus their customer service has just put the icing on their cake for me. Fantastic all round.

Beautiful shorts and exceptional customer service! I absolutely love the Pinnacle Tailored Shorts — they're beautifully made, stylish, and look fantastic on my husband. There was a bit of a journey getting them to us, with a lost package and then a sizing mix-up, but the customer service throughout the entire process was absolutely wonderful. The team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They promptly shipped out a replacement and made the size exchange so easy. First of all the swimming trunks are amazing. Very comfortable, fashionable and like no other swimming trunks I have ever had. I also can't say enough about customer service. Got the set of Pinnacle shorts and they are perfect. Fit is great and the pockets with the zippers are brilliant. Very versatile as they look like smart shorts so can wear down to breakfast/lunch with a tee. Highly recommend these. I went up a size from normal as they are a little snug in the leg.
Returns
I bought 2 pairs of swim shorts, I made an error on my order and they arrived before I had realised, I emailed and explained, they sent me through the return process which was very easy, within a couple of days my new pair had been delivered. The quality of the products are excellent, great fit and look fantastic, the customer service throughout has been exceptional. I cannot fault the purchase and service.
Can't speak highly enough
Can't speak highly enough. I've ordered about 8 pairs of these now. At first I thought slightly high price, however, after my first pair, I bought another 7 as incredibly good value for quality and design. Delivery has been next day every time. Had a slight issue with a zip on 1 pair - emailed and they sent a replacement out next day… didn't even ask to send back the other pair even though I offered. Customer service was exactly what I would see from a company like this. I cannot fault anything about my experience. Plus - almost daily getting asked where I got my shorts from at my gym. It's a 10 from me 👍🏼
These shorts are fantastic
These shorts are fantastic, if you want style and class by the pool. Gold zip pockets and the waist tensioner just the little extras that go a long way in my opinion. Material is a nice stretchy material that holds its shape/structure. These shorts are in a class of their own! I tried them on in the house and my mrs absolutely loves them and my friends and family are now looking to order, they look that good on. Delivery was next day and couldn't fault it. Shorts are expensive but managed to get 15% off for the first order for a pack of three. Needless to say I won't be going back to no mediocre style shorts when these shorts are in a class of their own. I don't normally write reviews not for anything but had to sing sinkswimwears praise on these. Thanks again.

we offer a 2 year guarantee on all swimwear. if your swimwear has become damaged by no fault of the wearer then please email us at info@sinkswimwear.com & we shall arrange a brand new pair to replace them. Wear & tear from regular use cannot be a factor.
How long does shipping take?
All packages are sent within 24 hours of placing the order. UK orders are shipped with next working day delivery, please allow 1-2 days.
Rest of the world shipping is sent with our partners FEDEX or DPD Express and usually takes between 2-7 days delivery based on your countries import liabilities.
Can i swap if the size isn't right?
